Benestic works to promote all initiatives focused on innovation and the real implementation of ICT in the social sector, being the agent that connects the triangle Public Administration-private technology sector-social sector operators (public, nonprofit and companies).

Therefore Benestic wants to: 

• Promote ICT policies for social action based on criteria, strategic directions, rules and operational plans.
• Detect and drive ICT needs on the social sector.
• Detect and spread ICT trends applied to social action.
• Promote technological innovation building bridges between the social service organizations, industry and technology research centers.
• Seek funding for ICT projects in the social field.
