Social.cat is a project of the Catalan Association Digital Network (Xadica). social.cat wants to give voice to all those initiatives that work for social care, development and autonomy of individuals and social groups, thus, achieve a fairer society.
Independent Living Centre
The aim of the Independent Living Centre (CVI) is to provide a service for dependent elderly people by taking advantage of all the tools that new technologies have placed within their reach, and to provide similar care to other population groups in comparable situations. And a key element of the CVI is its accessible digital living space. It will be the Catalan benchmark for promoting personal autonomy through support products in the fields of healthcare, research, development and innovation.
